Heritage Day

On Thursday, February 8, 2007 the students, faculty and staff of Saint Anselm School celebrated their annual Heritage Day. The day began with a parade of flags and presentations made by the 5th and 6th grade students. They shared interesting facts about "their special country." The 6th, 7th and 8th grade students brought in homemade foods from the countries that their ancestors originally came from. The entire school then celebrated Heritage Day by sampling these treats. What a wonderful way for the students to learn and taste the different cultures from around the world.
